How do you want to feel on the
last day of your life?

Live a life pulled by love, not pushed by fear

Imagine yourself at the age of 95.

What would you think and feel about the life you have lived?

" The Top Five Regrets of the Dying"

by nurse Bronnie Ware in an interview with a patient

1. I wish I'd had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.

2. I wish I hadn't worked so hard.

3. I wish I'd had the courage to express my feelings.

4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.

5. I wish that I had let myself be happier.

The root cause of regret in people who are facing death is that they did not face their true feelings.

We tend to get so caught up in the immediate things that we neglect the most important thing, which is what kind of life we want to lead.

Just as there is a front stage and a backstage in a theater, there is also a front stage and a backstage in life.

On stage, we play the roles (mothers, fathers, daughters, sons, brothers, sisters, bosses, subordinates, co-workers, friends, etc.), and backstage we return to our true selves, rest, and prepare for the next stage.

·  Do you feel inadequate even after achieving or surpassing your goals?

·  Are you lacking in self-confidence and always looking at what's wrong with you?

·  Do you spend a lot of time worrying about what people think of you and feeling insecure?

·  Do you wonder why your life is not going well and why you are not happy?

·  Are you having a difficult time in your relationship with your boss or subordinates?

·  Do you feel distant in your relationships?

·  Do you find it difficult to open up to friends and others?

·  Do you feel depressed when you compare your current self to the way you think you should be?

·  Do you have something you want to do, but have given up because you think it's impossible?

I am here for you!

You are a powerful and creative, compassionate, and loving spirit.

Each person is different and precious,
and you were born into this world
for a reason.

Coaching is not something you do to try harder.

It's about you listening to your true heart.
You have to be compassionate to yourself.
Accept yourself as you are.
Realize what is truly important to you.

If you do this, the stage you play on will be much more enjoyable.
You will be able to be your true self and live your life in abundance.
This is so that you can be whom you want to be.

Would you like to give yourself
the gift of coaching to face yourself?

You only live once

It is not by chance that you have arrived at this website.

There are times in your life when you need coaching.

When you reach your last day,
you will feel that it was a wonderful life.

The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched.
They must be felt with the heart.
